Easter Sunday was wonderful!
We colored eggs WAY too late on Saturday, but the boys had lots of fun with it
and did great in the morning.
We started the day with the guys finding their baskets. They each got some treats and at least one DVD - The Wizard of Ha's for Tucker, Jeff Dunham for Joey, and Pirates 3 & Goodfellas for Houston. None of them are terribly Easter related, but the boys have watched their movies at least once a day and Houston can now watch a couple of his favorite movies any time he wants!
Services at New Bridge were great! The message was creative (including an artist who completed a painting on-stage during each service) and inspiring (my hands were raised high and had to wipe a few tears away) and had just the right amount of humor.
Pastor Mark is the best!
We also had a soggy egg hunt for the little ones right after service.
Daddy helped Tucker while Mama hid under the umbrella with the camera! :)
From there we headed over to the Hanson place to celebrate Easter with the Severson side of the family. We had an early dinner, egg hunt on the porch, web-cam time with family in California, and just lots of enjoying each other's company. I love my family!
We hope you had a blessed Easter and pray you know how much He loves you!
