The Hope of a Mother

On Mother's Day we dedicated Tucker and learned the original design the prayer team received for him. What better way to spend Mother's Day than having those that love us promise to help us raise Tucker in faith and love?!
Thank you so much to my parents, my sister and her family, and our church for sharing this special day with us!

Tucker waves to his fans as we all take the stage :)

Tucker's original design - God creates each of us with a plan and a purpose. The prayer team asked to receive His original design for Tucker and shared with us what they heard. Our job is to watch for and nurture the things that might guide Tucker to fulfill God's plan for him. (And to try to get him to stay in his bed when it's time to rest! :P)

Praying over Tucker

Tucker was the first of three dedications during second service and did great during the other two. He just played quietly in our row and even stopped to pray at the right times! :) Of course, Daddy showed his enthusiasm when Pastor was talking about Hannah and Samuel - sorry, Babe, this mother will NOT be honoring the Nazarite vow! (Nazarites would take a vow to not cut their hair.)
A big thank you to Debbie and Gracie for capturing this special day in pictures!

The hope of this mother is that her children grow to be as beautiful as God meant them to be when he first created them.
